The European Union today has put ArvanCloud under sanction. Even though for several months, by providing technical and clear arguments, we have been repeatedly rejecting the false accusations and baseless allegations of having a role in limiting or cutting the internet.

We have to admit that we have failed in the fight against slanders and disinformation by not being able to properly defend our rightfulness. These false accusations are repeated through social media and news outlets without solid evidence in a way that have become the basis for this unjust sanction.

It is disappointing how European Union has been affected by and followed these one-sided and unsubstantial allegations. Undoubtedly we will take all lawful actions including juridical actions through international courts of justice to protect our rights.

Moreover, we insist on continuing our journey toward developing cloud products and serving our customers and growing as an international technology startup in the cloud technology ecosystem on par with other cloud providers around the globe.
